Cary B. Domina
Partner
Cary B. Domina, a partner and shareholder with Peel Law Group, was born and raised in Carson City, Nevada. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice at Utah Valley University in 2003 and a Juris Doctor from William S. Boyd School of Law in 2007. Cary has been practicing law with the Peel Law Group for the past 13 years.
Cary’s primary focuses are private and public construction litigation. He also represents clients before the Nevada State Contractors’ Board and has represented The Federal and Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Administration and various labor and trade unions. Cary has extensive experience handling all types of business, commercial and real estate litigation, including representing both residential and commercial property owners who have disputes with their Owners’ Associations and Architectural Review Committees.
Over the years, Cary has successfully represented clients in both litigation, arbitrations, and administrative hearings. He regularly teaches seminars relating to mechanic’s lien rights under NRS Chapter 109 and other statutory protections for contractors and subcontractors under NRS Chapter 624.
