Jefferson Boswell is a partner at Peel Law Group and has been practicing law for 11 years. Born and raised in American Fork, Jefferson received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Weber State University in 2005 and a Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law, where he was honored to graduate as cum laude, in 2009. 

Jefferson emphasizes his practice in contract negotiation, drafting, construction law, mechanics liens, business transactions, and government relations lobbying efforts. As a member of the litigation team, Mr. Boswell assists clients with disputes of all sizes, including appearances before the State and Federal Courts of Nevada, alternative arbitration and mediation dispute resolution panels, and appearances before the Nevada State Contractors Board. Prior to joining the firm, Jefferson participated in every aspect of the construction process as a project and property manager for a regional development company.

Among Jefferson’s many achievements is his recent multimillion dollar dispute over the Queens Ridge Condominium project. He represented several subcontractors and secured a favorable resolution on behalf of his clients.

He has also drafted project contracts for Las Vegas strip development projects and several multi million dollar construction agreements.
