Mr. Meacham is a professional engineer registered in Washington and California, and has over 35 years of experience in construction, construction management, and construction litigation. He worked in Construction Management with Kiewit Pacific & Parametrics as project manager or project engineer. In addition to 20 years of litigation experience, he has over 10 years of experience managing projects ranging from $2 million to $60 million including office buildings, apartment complexes, sewage & water treatment plants, pump stations, and electrical substations. He has had extensive experience in preparing and analyzing construction claims.
Mr. Meacham has extensive trial experience in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims and throughout the Western United States, with trials in New Mexico, California, Utah, Wyoming, Washington, and Oregon.
He has taught seminars on CPM scheduling, calculating lost productivity, construction law, claim avoidance, and claim resolution.
